Warranty Coverage
We offer a 12-month or 30,000 km mileage warranty, whichever comes first, on parts provided by T-One Racing. This warranty begins from the invoice date or delivery date (whichever is later).
What Is Covered
This warranty covers:
- Defects in materials of installed parts
- Replacement or repair of faulty parts installed by our technicians
What Is Not Covered
This warranty does not cover:
- Damage caused by misuse, abuse, negligence, accidents, modifications, or improper maintenance
- Damage due to unauthorised repairs or alterations
- Incidental or consequential damages, including but not limited to loss of use, loss of time, or rental vehicles
- Failure due to external environmental factors such as corrosion, road salt, flood, or fire
Warranty Claim Procedure
To make a warranty claim:
- Contact us via WhatsApp on this website within the warranty period.
- Present the original invoice and proof of mileage.
- Bring the vehicle to our authorised workshop for inspection and diagnosis.
Repairs or replacements under warranty will be performed at our discretion and at our authorised service center only.
Transferability
This warranty is non-transferable and applies only to the original purchaser named on the invoice.
Limitation of Liability
Our liability under this warranty is strictly limited to the repair or replacement of defective parts or services performed. T-One Racing shall not be held liable for any indirect or consequential damages resulting from warranty claims.
