At T-One Racing, we aim to provide transparent and efficient service at every step, including how we handle payments. This Payment Policy outlines our terms and conditions regarding billing and payments for services and products.

 

1. Payment Terms

  • Full payment is due immediately upon completion of work or before vehicle release, unless a prior arrangement is made in writing.

  • For part orders, a 50% non-refundable deposit is required before we commence work or order any parts.

2. Currency & Payment Platform

  • All payments are to be made in Singapore Dollars (SGD).

  • We accept payments exclusively via HitPay, a secure and convenient payment gateway.

    • HitPay supports multiple payment options including:

      • PayNow

      • Credit/Debit Cards (Visa, MasterCard, AMEX)

      • GrabPay, ShopeePay, and other local e-wallets (subject to HitPay availability)

A payment link or QR code will be provided upon invoicing.

 

3. Special Orders & Custom Work

  • Custom performance work or special order parts require a minimum 50% upfront non-refundable deposit.

  • The remaining balance is due prior to vehicle release or upon job completion.

  • Deposits are non-refundable once parts have been ordered or work has started.

4. Cancellations & Refunds

  • No refunds will be issued for:

    • Completed work

    • Deposits on custom orders or special parts

    • Cancellations after parts have been ordered or work has started

5. Agreement to Terms

By proceeding with services at Optima De Auto T-One Racing, the customer acknowledges and agrees to the terms outlined in this Payment Policy.
